saveBOARD has developed a concrete form work panel made from construction soft plastics and recycled saveBOARD offcuts and end of life returns. It has a smooth finish from the soft plastics surface suitable for concrete formwork. It comes with a painted edge, finished with a natural finish (no chemicals, secondary coatings) which gives the concrete a high-quality matt finish. It is suitable for residential foundations to civil engineering structures such as plinths with sufficient bracing support.

The saveBOARD formWORK panels are equivalent to F7 Grade plywood, so may need additional supports compared to F14 or higher-grade plywood products. We expect the saveBOARD product can be reused up to 10 times, if properly stored in between uses.
