Step 1: Install posts/vertical supports at 1.2m centres.

Step 2: Install top and bottom plate 2.4m apart + central support nog.

Step 3: Any cutting requires mechanical tolls. We recommend using a fine tooth carbide tip saw and clean up with orbital or belt sander.

​

Step 4: All external edges must be painted with ordinary fence paint before installation, providing a sealed edge to be warranted. Paint the back of the boards with ordinary fence paint. The paper backing is not structural, however aesthetically the paper will deteriorate over time without painting and look untidy.

Step 5: Fix boards at 300mm centres using Button or Truss head screws. Alternatively use a flange head screw.

​

Step 6: All edges and board centres must be supported. If installed horizontally the same edge support must be in place.

Step 7: At the end of the board’s life or at signs of wear, please palletise any boards or offcuts and send to:
