Product Description
saveBOARD roofBOARD is an engineered roof cover board, made from 99% recycled composite packaging waste with a fibreglass facing that is a sustainable alternative to traditional building materials. No glues, resin or additives are used in our process to create a product that is rated for extreme wind lift, fire resistant, superior compressive strength and is moisture and mould resistant.

Contact membrane manufacturer/roofing designer for combability, installation and fastening density to meet their product requirements.

saveBOARD will not be responsible: for specific building and roof design; for deficiencies in construction or workmanship; for dangerous conditions on the jobsite; or, for improper storage and handling. Technical specifications shown in this literature are intended to be used as general guidelines only and are subject to change without notice.

For cutting saveBOARD, use a circular saw is recommended with at least 40 teeth.

Always wear appropriate PPE-approved safety gear.

Storage Instructions

Do not store any saveBOARD products outside without a waterproof cover. Even if intended for external use, while on the pallet, water will migrate between the layers making the backing paper wet and degrade the products prior to installation.

Membrane Roof Systems, or a qualified engineer, to ensure proper moisture control and ventilation.
